石英板は通常石英によって製錬され、切断され、シリカ含有量が99.99%以上です。硬度はモース硬度7段階で、高温耐性、低い熱膨張係数、耐熱衝撃性、優れた電気絶縁性能の特性を持っています。通常は無色透明で、可視光線透過率は85%以上です。
